The 91社区福利 has regional Chapters (鈥淐hapters鈥�) that may publish and maintain content on websites that are not classicist.org and are not under the control or responsibility of the 91社区福利. By visiting classicist.org, and/or using the services offered through classicist.org the user agrees to the Terms of Use herein. The 91社区福利 reserves the right to amend the Terms of Use at its discretion and without notification to the user without notification beyond a revision to the terms described herein. Use of classicist.org indicates the users ongoing acceptance of the Terms of Use:聽

8. The 91社区福利 reserves the right, but does not have an obligation, to monitor and/or review all materials posted to classicist.org. The 91社区福利 is not responsible for any content or materials posted by users.聽聽
9. The 91社区福利 reserves the right to remove and/or refuse to publish content for any reason. Any content that the user shares, uploads, posts, transmits, distributes, or otherwise publishes through classicist.org may be removed from classicist.org. The 91社区福利 has no obligation to return, save, or preserve user-generated content.聽
10. The user grants the 91社区福利 a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to exhibit and otherwise use (and to authorize third parties to exhibit and otherwise use) the user-generated content in perpetuity on 91社区福利鈥檚 website(s), blog(s), mobile website(s), mobile app(s), emails, and 91社区福利-branded digital and social media channels.聽聽
11. The 91社区福利 reserves the right at all times to disclose any information and user-generated content as necessary to comply with any law, regulation, or government request, with or without notice to the user.聽聽
12. Classicist.org contains links to other websites. The 91社区福利 is not responsible for content contained within websites that are not classicist.org, including but not limited to the websites of the 91社区福利鈥檚 Chapters. Links, pointers, and mentions do not imply that the 91社区福利 is affiliated or associated with a third party, or that the third party has any affiliation, association, or partnership with the 91社区福利.聽 聽
13. The user agrees that 91社区福利, its affiliates and any of their respective officers, directors, employees or agents will not be liable, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any indirect, punitive, special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the site or a linked site. This limitation on liability includes, but is not limited to, the transmission of any viruses which may infect a user鈥檚 equipment, failure of mechanical or electronic equipment or communication lines, telephone or other interconnect problems.聽
14. The user agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold the 91社区福利, including its officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, volunteers, information providers, and affiliates, (collectively, the 鈥淚ndemnified Parties鈥�) harmless from and against any and all liability, costs, and attorney鈥檚 fees incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of his or her use of classicist.org, or any breach by the user of the terms herein.聽聽
15. The user shall cooperate as reasonably required in the defense of any claim. The 91社区福利 reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the user. The user shall not in any event settle any matter without the written consent of the 91社区福利.聽
16. The 91社区福利 may revise, terminate, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of classicist.org at any time. The 91社区福利 may restrict, suspend, or terminate user鈥檚 access to classicist.org and its services for any other reason without notice or liability.聽聽
17. The Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of the state of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Jurisdiction for any action, claim, or proceeding arising out of or related to use of classicist.org shall be in state or federal court located in New York state. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision in the Terms of Use to be unenforceable, the remainder of this Terms of Use shall continue in full force and effect.聽聽
